Homework book review

One of my books that I read was Iwo Jima. It is about you as a marine in the war for Iwo Jima. You get to choose what path you take it is an interactive book. The details are really grotty but interning at the same time.

One of my favorite times in the books was when I had to choose between me and my friends life. I choose to risk my life but i still made it out in the end.

The book is really hard sometimes I always die and have to restart. It took me three months to complete the book. There was a real war of Iwo Jima, Iwo Jima is an island of the cost of japan and it has a long black beach ind a huge mountain. In fact you have to climb the mountain and raise the american flag. (not as easy as you think.)

I would recommend this book for people that are over 12 and a boy for the details and pictures are veary graphic. This book is good for gathering history knowledge. And have a stronge love for fun adventures.

Homework E2

My wearable art E2

First I made the helmet, I cut out a long board of card board and made four creases and got handy duck tape, to tape the back in a cross formation and cut out the visor. I the painted a marking on the front.

Next I made the clip on shoulder pads to do this I chose the top of a shoe box being strong and hard I then duck taped just off the edge.

Then to make my weapon i covered a glade wrap cilander in paper and cloth over the handle. (This part took the longest.) I rolled up small paper rolles and tapped them to the cilander I repeated this eight times.

I then got a mountain dew bottle and taped it to myself as a weapon holder.
I then went to a nearby park to find a large curved stick to make my pull back whip.

I made the pull back whip out of a high quality  rubber band. on the the stick. This completed my armor and here is a video and my plan.

A bad product

One bad product is a cap gun that I brought once, I had it for about 3 shots then it wouldn't shoot. The trigger got stuck and would not release. It was the saddest thing ever I spent $10 on it .
I asked my mum if I could get a refund but she laghed and said "Thats why you dont by things from a 2 dollar shop."

Home work P3

A while ago me and my friend went down the bank for 9 hours. We traveled from the
red circle to the yellow.

We made a huge hut in the yellow circle it was as big as to cars we got 120 furns and layered them on the roof. We scavenged around the hut and found three cow skulls. to decorate our hut. We then found a field of corn and tunips located in the blue circle. We made a small fire and cooked the turnip and boiled the corn in a glass bottle. and had a delicious meal.

Scinece fair progress

My science fair is

I have nearly finished and just have to glue the text boxes on.

Introduction
I chose to study this because I spend 1-2 hours a day on Minecraft but I everyday I hear people say that it's too easy. Sometimes they say its too hard. But Minecraft being a mainly building game I think it wouldn't be too hard just place blocks. But how hard really is it? To find this out I will set someone that doesn't play very often and someone that plays often, to build the best house they can in 10 minutes. I think that more advanced players will mostly dominate because they pick up little skills and tips playing but the lesser skilled players will still put up a good fight.

Method
I’m going to make an arena and have a time limit of 10 minutes to let each person to build the most awesomest house they can. Then I will take a photo of both and present them to my class and vote which house they think is better. I advised the class to judge on the following criteria; Interior and exterior, the house you would want to live in.` I will repeat this four times to get an accurate outcome.

Aim:
To see if video games (Minecraft) takes practice and skill or are they a waste of time?

Hypothesis:
I think the people who play it a lot will conquer. And video games do take skill and practice.

Equipment
:Computer
:Minecraft
:Mouse

Results:
The more experienced people won. To be honest I thought that they would win by far but the votes were so close I had to do it twice.

Conclusion:

“Wow!” I thought the less experienced people would get smashed. But believe it or not it was very close between both sides. The less experienced won once and the more experienced won 3 times, but I assure you the votes were incredibly close. The best overall house went to exhibit H. I think that the houses got better as they went down the rows. This could of have happened by people getting inspiration from other houses. People were very intrigued by this idea and decided to copy my idea there are two other science fair ideas like mine. My test subjects enjoyed participating in my science fair and gave very positive feedback. All test subjects improved in the quality of the house they could build the longer they played.
Next I would like to test the time line that it takes to get the hang of this game.
Comments
Matt S (Contestant)- I don't think people voted for who they acutely wanted they just voted randomly. Jess C (spectator)- I think the results where bias.
Miss C (Teacher) - I agree with Jessica. Next time make your voting blind so people are choosing the best quality house and not choosing the houses of their friends.

Captcha

Do you get annoyed when you have to type in theses?

Well your acutely helping print old books, strange right?

It works by you typing the first word correct (the computer knows this word) It suggests that you are a good speller and you can spell the next word correct (the computed doesn't know).

The resign why it does this is because famous books from the past need to be saved and the computer cannot pick up words like those because the hand writing sucked.
This will save history.

Story part 2

P1

The sickness
The iron door smashed and banged as the locked rattled side to side, my eyes widened. Large craters popped in the door dent by dent the noise got louder and louder. I took an uneasy breath as my back hit the stone wall. My hands grated up the cold brick as I was grew scareder in the small room filled with hospital supplies, Not the best for someone that claustrophobic.

The metal finally gave and tore like tissue, a fearsome hand flew in the small shredded hole. Black long claws scratched around the the inside of the hole peeled back metal like the infected hand had a minde of its own. I slowly trebled over to the emergency axe embedded in glass, not taking my eye off the blistered hand. I slid the glass across the red box and picked up the axe. The red tip flashed as the light shone vividly. SMASH! the door flew to the other side of the room, one leg after another I drew closer to the hunched backed abomination That was unleashing a ear ringing scream. I drew the smooth wood handel of the axe above my head . The giant demon Shouted at the ceiling as the axe drove into his shoulder, Purple goo flew everywhere I let go of the axe and stumbled back but still keeping balance. He reached over to his wound and retrieved the axe with a roar, blood flew in the air. I lunged forward kicking his muscled chest  he bent over with a roar. I sprinted out the gap in doorway, my green sneakers clapped along the cracked corridor. I flicked my head around to see the giant figure charging after me like a gorilla tipping over trays and medical equipment as his body squeezed through the corridor. I bust into the two white doors at the end of the darkened hall. The sun was blinding, I raised my hand above my head squinting at the sky.

I could hear the bleared thumping of him charging like a bull. The street was in chaos cars flipped over people running screams echoed off the large building. SMASH! the doors behind me flew open; I swung my head around, and sunk into a low stance The massive demon raised his hand above his shrugged head.  He stopped for a minute in the pose like he was about to hammer a little nail. he stumbled forward crossing his legs, and collapsed on the concrete his head bounced. I realized there was a gory hole in his back pumping out blood like a fountain. I looked around curiously ignoring pandaemonium in the Moscow streets. There was a small figure silhouetting against the morning sun. My heart was pumping I didn't care what killed it, I was still lucky to be alive.

Many things were running through my head: Where do I go?, What do I do now?, What was that thing?. I only knew one thing, the city wasent safe.

P2

I ran down Park lane dogging between parked cars and poles trying to ignore the sound of ripping flesh and dying screams. SREEEEAAACH!!! a blue pickup truck drifted to a stop infront of me the back left door swung open I jumped back in fright "Were heading to the country," A young man says "My uncles farm should be out of this maddens." he continued. Without hesitation I dived into the back seat. The car shot of out of the smoking city.

The old car pulled to a stop on the cracking gravel road. As the young man known as Rick opened the door he moaned loudly his uncle lay dead on his porch. Rick ran out to the red house, I stayed in the car.

My favorate computer game.

My most loved game on computer is Minecraft.
It is so fun. It's sort of like Age Of Empires but theres only one of you. The thing that makes this game special is that theres no goal, you could build a house or a mansion, a roller coster. The possibilities are endless.

There are two types of game modes Survival and creative. My favorite is survival.
In survival you have to get what you want and work hard for it. E.g ("I need wood for my house." So you will need to cut down a tree.)  And creative is where you already have everything.

The game is based on a cube world where you are the only one. Unless you play multiplayer

Then we went skate boarding dow the biggest hill ever, I lay down on my back. Then Kade had to go home.

Playground dialog

"Help me!" screamed Connor.
"Whats wrong?" replied Kodi.
"A bully wants to smash me."
"Where is he?" Kodi said in a deep manly voice.
"He's behind you!"
Kodi whipped around to see a raging red kid with chubby cheeks and purple hair. He pulled out a bow from his underwear and started to pull it back and place a arrow in it. Acting on instinct Kodi jumped in the air and did three back flips and then two front ones and as quick as lightening kicked him in his face the bully ran off crying.

"Oh my that was a close one," Connor whimpered. "Thank you Kodi your'e amazing."
"I know Connor, I know."

Morning blog post

One of my friends that are really out there is Connor Simpson he is really silly and always speaks his mind what evers on it. He has a small grey afro. He is really competitive and is always say his favorite two words... Your mum. One of his mannerisms is that he loves to comment on every thing, like saying:
"Oh my Yankees." and "holy gromeld". Once Connor was walking to around and he had to go toilet but decided to hold it in until the last minute. When he couldn't hold on any longer he ran to the toilets but only to find that they were locked.

School charging?

We are having a debate if we should use charges at school?

Some negatives are:
The cost's
Safety hazards of someone tripping on the cord.
To many people will be using the plugs.

What are two suggestions on solving the problem:
Every time you want to charge bring in 20c.
Only charge at home

My opinion:
We should bring in 20c each time.

The weekend

In the weekend I went to my dads, We stayed up all night watching movies. I was exhausted but it was so Awesome We went to Frazer Cove and got a nice fluffy dressing gown for me to watch the movies. I was very thank full We also brought lollys chips popcorn and Roadies. I was so exited. I dragged out a mattress and blankets I stole all the pillows in the house and made a chiar.   We watched John Carter,
Misson Impossible 4, Puss In Boots and Hellboy 2. After the movies we watched the rugby. At half time I was exhausted and feel asleep. On Sunday I woke up and had fruit muffins with whip cream and then played on my 200 in 1 hand help console. Then mum came and picked me up. I played Skyrim
For the rest of the afternoon. In Skyrim I got accepted into the nightingales which is a elite group of thieves. There was a trader called mercer he had been steeling from the guild right under my nose I was furious I had to get bjrinelfe to accompany me to seek my most wanted vengeance. We had to track him. We found him inside of a cave steeling the ancient eyes of falmera. I had to kill him and steel back the eyes of falmera. Being an Orc It was easy to kill him. I was so relieved.

Book review

I read a book called Jungle Hunters. It is about twins that there parents died and they have to live with there crazy uncle. He hunts extinct and mythical creatures, and is really rich he has a pet dolphin and a pet gorilla. He lives on his own island and wons his own starlight. I loved it I think it was funny.
I didn't like the endingI thought it was too suden and didn't explain the full ending.

I recommend this to people that like dinosaurs and mythical creatures.
The author is Ronald Smith. He makes lots of fantasy related books. I am veary intrigued by his style of writing and think it is wacky and weird.

Grave Yard

On friday my glass went to the 17ave Cemetery to research on what is the difference in generations.
you got to decide what you research I choose to research about how many people were in the war.
We havent tallied up the totals yet.

The people in my group are Russell and Connor. We figured out  the people with metal/copper grave stones were in the war. They also had there rank in the top right corner.

One of my favorite graves was one with a massive stone statue of a anchor. I thought it must have been of someone in the navy or someone who loved boats. There was a lady with two dogs that look really cute, but then they poo'd and pee'd everywhere. That made me angry.   >:(
